TechSimple demonstrates how simple technology can be. Joel and Ezra grew up with technology, and speak the "language" fluently. They are young, courteous, professional and considerate as they research, explain and clarify the uses of technology for the older generation.

TechSimple provides an important service for making the range of modern computer and communication technologies intelligible and accessible.
Particularly for older clients, Joel and Ezra can assess the client's needs, research what is available and feasible, lay out the various options, and present their recommendations.
If requested, they will assist in the ordering of equipment, as well as setting it up. They follow up each consultation the next day with a call and email asking if you have any questions or problems.
